I spent 20 years working in People and Culture across Fortune 500 companies and non-profits, with much of that time in global pharmaceutical organizations. My superpower has always been connecting people with pathways and creating development plans rooted in empathy, humility, and realism.

My 9-to-5 life gave me invaluable insights into hiring, business coaching, and people development. I learned what persuades managers and executives, how to tell compelling stories with data, the power of intentional design, leading with strengths, and empowering others to show up as their best selves at work.
